15:56 settl3r[m] If you die, you have to ask one of the admins (aka demigods) to inherit the ownage from your deceased char, and probably naming your new char accordingly, like if "John" died, -> "John_II"
15:56 settl3r[m] The protection blocks prevent any griefing in their respective area (which is 11x11x11 m³).
15:56 settl3r[m] But they wrote, if you "really piss off" one of the demigods, you might lose your former protected stuff, as they would then be unwilling to let your new char inherit it (but you still can start new completely, of course).

16:26 settl3r[m] strangely, having a "sword of damocles" hanging over me, while playing there, added spice to the gameplay and made it more immersive and thus, more enjoyable.
16:27 settl3r[m] now, if i play non-public hardcore servers offline, it would bore me to death probably, so i need the constant latent threat looming in the distance, to push my gameplay, to improve my bases etc. it drives me forward, so that it is not static, it pulls me in a good way :)
