23:53 paramat 4 out of 12 are snow biomes ICE TAI TUN SGR so their area will be close to 33%
23:55 paramat the previous set of biomes had 3 snow biomes out of 10, so slightly less area, 30%

23:58 paramat maybe cold biomes just make more of an impression: "ooh crumbs a snow biome, cold, why did i spawn here?"
