Faster approaches have something to do with chopping objects into smaller pieces (octrees?).

10:52 TheWild I got an idea. I'm sure that many of you playing MC over multiplayer and seeing moving entities (constant velocity e.g. wagon) realized that entities tend to teleport few steps forward and back quite frequently, especially wagon.
