All it can do is tell you a node has been destroyed in one place, and another created in another. Sort of screwy, but if the protocol had node movement you could smoothly move 'em in the client.
23:40 cy1 As-is there's no way for the client to guess that a destroyed node will be imminently created one block over, so animation is difficult if not impossible.
