I've tried turning the shaders off, but it still persists. Perhaps it's not related to shaders at all? |

It's definitely a shader setting that creates the focus effect |

Weird. I toggled individual shader options, and the shader master switch. None of them seemed to be getting rid of the effect. |

Normals say which way a face is facing. Normal maps are used to vary the normals to add more detail to the faces. Normals are commonly used in light shading |
