23:55 paramat the fallback biome in the engine only uses mapgen aliases, air or ignore, which are not game-specific nodes
23:55 benrob0329 I fixed that by setting the global mapgen_stone to concrete, however when I set that to a filler node (relying on the biome nodes to place concrete) however the biome doesn't spawn
23:57 paramat also, the setting of some mapgen aliases is essential for mapgen to work, that can't be avoided. however, see lua_api.txt, only a few mapgen aliases are needed, depending on what mapgen you use and whether you use biome-defined cave liquids or biome-defined dungeon nodes
