15:50 ShadowNinja rmilan: Saving only modified nodes would be difficult, and it might end up taking up more space as it is pretty much a rollback log in reverse and those are known to get bigger than the map. Saving only modified blocks(chunks) would be easier to implement and should reduce the map size quite a bit.
