I am brand new and am just working through the minetest.conf. how does rollback work? If I sent enable_rollback_recording to true and one of the players accidentally ruins one of their creations how would I roll back that creat? Do you specify an amount of time to rollback and then it just puts the whole world back say 10 min? |

The minetest.conf has a name for an admin user. If I played with that user all of the time will I still be able to play normally, or will the admin features affect the gameplay? In other words, can i just always run as an admin so that when I need to use those features I don't have to sign out first, or should I have a seperate user for admin that I would not normally play as? |

I am running ubuntu as the server. I downloaded a minetest game (lord of the test) and decompressed it in /usr/share/games/minetest/games/. minetestserver is not in roots path. I guess it is not recommended to run minetestserver as root?
