<exe_virus> honestly, I've fallen to just using javascripts ECMA6 rawstring notation: console.log(this is a madlib noun: ${variable_name.noun}, and so string replacement is nice and easy) At least for now, that's a small step in the right direction for ease of use strings. I'm more interested in taking code out of plaintext with newlines and going to a tree data structure like json, xml, bson, etc. The main benefit is documentation can live |

with code, and that documentation can be rich, like markdown, mermaid, base64-encoded images, etc. But that's far out in the future for my goals. At least for now a deecntly modern language has fantastic large string templatnig |
