Time Nick Message 05:58 rodrigo-morales [Question] I'm fairly new to using the Minetest mod WorldEdit. Is there a way to set //pos1 and //pos2 interactively? I just don't find it convenient to open the chat and type //pos1 or //pos2. I wish I could set those positions without having to open the chat (perhaps by pointing to the desired blocks with an special item?) 05:58 rodrigo-morales Does anyone know how to get that behavior? 05:59 MTDiscord Using '//p set' will let you punch 2 positions to set the area 06:01 rodrigo-morales greenxenith: Thanks! 07:30 sfan5 rodrigo-morales: also try the worldedit wand tool 07:43 Mantar yeah that's exactly what the wand is for 10:04 MinetestBot 02[git] 04Ekdohibs -> 03minetest/minetest: Fix missing rename 13806fba6 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/806fba64480e635cdc2fdfeaca4ecf86a7f3201f (152024-10-28T10:02:59Z) 14:58 MinetestBot 02[git] 04grorp -> 03minetest/minetest: Fix server steps shorter than dedicated_server_step since #13370 (#15… 13a450301 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/a450301686d31f829b44c571e5e731bd4e18b755 (152024-10-28T14:57:22Z) 14:58 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfence -> 03minetest/minetest: Replace licensing text in headers (LGPLv2.1) (#15321) 13d849d51 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/d849d51c2dc4888d425f518540d725d06df7f4f8 (152024-10-28T14:57:39Z) 14:58 MinetestBot 02[git] 04appgurueu -> 03minetest/minetest: Rename `minetest.*` to `core.*` in devtest 1388c7a54 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/88c7a54e08da5b343eb4bdb170c6adaa96b2c94d (152024-10-28T14:57:54Z) 15:01 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfan5 -> 03minetest/minetest: Remove 'mesetint' gameid rewriting kludge 13d601899 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/d60189915c4e2585051a33bbb0ea5de760da830f (152024-10-28T14:59:17Z) 15:01 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfan5 -> 03minetest/minetest: Remove handling of MT_LOGCOLOR env variable 138d64836 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/8d648364c04ef60a2d0dfc3c41819efb9a1b26cd (152024-10-28T14:59:17Z) 15:01 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfan5 -> 03minetest/minetest: Minor improvements to startup logging and related code 13721e064 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/721e06451e5a87eb9ccf0dbf62b399f275762637 (152024-10-28T14:59:17Z) 15:01 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfan5 -> 03minetest/minetest: Avoid VLA usage and prohibit it by compiler flag 1338f4d11 https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/38f4d11d53ec6f0c370ba5f0db00a55c7963e751 (152024-10-28T14:59:17Z) 15:11 MinetestBot 02[git] 04Desour -> 03minetest/minetest: Improve menu_header.png slightly (#15346) 13c81cc4f https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/c81cc4fa6054fddb92414e2dbfe25b2890a1b391 (152024-10-28T15:10:17Z) 15:14 rodrigo-morales sfan5: Thanks! That's exactly what I was looking for. 15:22 rodrigo-morales [Question] Does anyone know if there's a command in the Minetest WorldEdit mod which allows filling a region without having to set //pos1 and //pos2. I'm currently filling a region using these three commands: "//fixedpos set1 " "//fixedpos set2 " "//set ". I wish I didn't have to set "set1" and "set2" because doing so overrides my selection of "pos1" and "pos2". I wish I could fill a region using 15:22 rodrigo-morales a command like this: /fill 15:22 rodrigo-morales The main reason I want such command is because I want to write those comands in command blocks and I want to toggle them by pressing buttons, but I don't want those command blocks to disrupt my current selection of //pos1 and //pos2. 15:33 MTDiscord rodrigo-morales I suggest using the //lua command 18:41 MinetestBot 02[git] 04chmodsayshello -> 03minetest/minetest: Fix newline rejection and whitespace trimming for chat messages (#15… 13409e75b https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/409e75b94d2c9050cc96a0252b5bf05c577824c5 (152024-10-28T18:39:59Z) 18:41 MinetestBot 02[git] 04Wuzzy2 -> 03minetest/minetest: Luanti rename: builtin (#15324) 13ad4b13a https://github.com/minetest/minetest/commit/ad4b13a0e9926ac9b5efd5890987116c5c5c5140 (152024-10-28T18:40:18Z) 18:41 MinetestBot 02[git] 04sfence -> 03minetest/minetest: Make Luanti buildable for macOS 10.15 also.
