05:53 dustfinger   nm. Issue was that I capitalized the D the first time I created it. I created my user as Dustfinger, then signed in on another system as dustfinger.

12:33 deltasquared something that just occured to me while examining the (limited) GPU power on an old asus eee pc... has anyone tried to get minetest (irrlicht in particular, I guess) to run using GLES 2.0 on a desktop linux system?
12:34 deltasquared seeing as mesa on linux provides openGLES as well. I'm curious to see if it would make any different (probably not, this thing is underpowered to begin with, but hey)

16:49 LazyJ        Ultimately, the only long-term world with all the mods you want will either be your own singleplayer world or your own server.
16:50 greeter      personally, i recommend the own server solution if you can afford it. get a solid VDS and you can run several minetest servers simultaneously
