08:32 lumberJ     Hi timcu: don't know of too many folks running servers on windows. Just wondering if you have seen the special instructions for installing irc mod on windows in the mod's forum page?

08:38 timcu       Thanks. I saw the instructions on the last page (pg 5) of the IRC mod forum but all the dropbox links are giving 404 not found. It says I need a Minetest build linked against a Lua DLL. How do I get or build one of those?
