11:18 celeron55  the mediawiki default group that has page deletion permission is called "Administrator" and those can do almost anything
11:18 celeron55  i guess the thing is, deleting a page deletes the page's history so it's a big deal

11:20 celeron55  and, you're currently not in any group, which is the default for users
11:21 celeron55  and, it's not possible to give specific permissions to users only. users are added to groups, and groups have permissions
11:21 celeron55  i probably need to come up with a new group for this purpose

11:23 celeron55  i set that to expire in 1 year, as a security precaution
11:27 celeron55  ROllerozxa: i probably should tell you to be careful with the new permissions. you now have everything needed to completely mess up the wiki

11:30 ROllerozxa also yeah revisions for deleted pages aren't permanently deleted unless you run the deleteArchivedRevisions.php maintenance script from the CLI, so a page can be restored later if there's an issue
11:30 ROllerozxa though I believe that all the pages I've marked for deletion are *only* ones that have absolutely no purpose being kept around anymore
