23:43 SpeedProg      the thing celeron wanted to say was just: write patch and and make a request on github. There won't be happening anything if everyone would contact him about everthing before doing anything.

23:50 VanessaE       what he wanted to say, based on the conversation I just had with him, is that you should write your patches, place them wherever, *and* take great care that the code in question is high-quality and won't break anything.  I would guess he means extensive regression testing, good documentation of what the changes do, etc.
